1. Loading part: The tension control method is a magnetic powder brake system, which adjusts the tension according to the thickness of the film, and controls the film by the tension of the magnetic powder brake. 2. Host part: ① The computer system adopts high-end domestic brand PLC, and the program is exclusively written by our company. Operators can easily set parameters through the touch screen, and the computer monitors the production process and views electronic fault information. By adopting synchronous control of the simulated amount of material delivery, the feeding speed can be coordinated and consistent with other processes of the bag making machine. A servo motor controls the rubber roller after the cutting blade, accurately controlling the conveying length and speed of the film to achieve high-precision cutting and hot pressing of the film. ② Color code tracking, printing on both sides of the roll film can be tracked, with a simple setting method to accurately identify and locate the graphics on the film, real-time detection, and automatic shutdown for label loss.

3. Discharge section: The equipment adopts an automatic conveyor with one output and two outputs. The computer automatically counts the number of units and batches, and can set any length or number of alarms to automatically stop and stay. The dwell time can be set on the computer screen.
