Courier Bag Punching Machine

Courier bag cutting machine has the following advantages:

1. Loading part: No material auto stop system. When there are breakages or out of material, the machine will automatically stop to prevent the production of unqualified products. It avoids cumbersome manual labor of re-threading, also saves time and reduces labor costs. There are two automatic stop methods: A) touch stop, B) roll diameter calculation stop.

2. Host part: ① Color-based object tracking, both front and back printing of roll film can be tracked, easy setup, precise identification and positioning of images on the paper, real-time detection, object loss auto-stop. ② The opening method is to rub up-and-down mechanically. The rubbing roller performs a reverse rubbing action at the edge of single side of the easy-tear line, forming a double-layer single-sided opening. The rubbing roller is made of a special rubber material, making the opening efficient and wear-resistant.

3. Discharge section: ① The computer automatically counts the number of pieces and batches. The machine can stop automatically with any length and alarms. ② Use cylinder swing arm to rewind, so that each bag is collected evenly, not easy to fill with air, film is rewound neatly.
