1. Loading part: ① Equipped with pneumatic cylinder lifting, the unit features quick actuation to shorten feeding cycles. It carries designated loads reliably and maintains film stability in operation, alongside convenient automatic control. Film rolls up to 750mm in diameter can be unwound easily with no manual lifting required for higher working efficiency. ② Equipped with no-material automatic stop system, the bag making machine halts operation when material snaps or is insufficient. It effectively avoids defective products caused by material supply issues and removes the hassle of manual re-threading, helping you save time and labor. You can choose between two shutdown types: touch-triggered Mode A and roll diameter based Mode B.

2. Host part: We adopt top-grade local-brand PLC for the computerized control system, and all software programs are custom-developed by our team. Parameter setup is intuitive via the touch screen. The system monitors ongoing production and presents digital fault data. Analog quantity synchronization for material feeding keeps the feed speed matched with other working sections. The dual servo drive system at front and rear ends ensures tension-free film transport. One servo handles the bonding of release film and main film, and the second operates the rubber roller post cutter. Accurate regulation of film delivery length and speed guarantees precise cutting and hot pressing results.

3. Discharge section: Automatic counting of individual products and batches is realized by the computer. It supports customized alarm settings based on length or quantity, which will activate automatic stop and standby. Operators can configure dwell time via the display panel.
