1. Loading part: ① This cylinder-driven lifting mechanism leverages the cylinder's fast response to cut down material feeding downtime. It bears rated loads steadily, keeps the film stable while running, and supports automated operation. The film roll's maximum unwinding diameter hits 750mm. Fully automatic lifting eliminates manual work, helping operators save both time and labor. ② The machine features an auto stop function for material depletion. It will power off automatically once film breaks or runs out, stopping defective goods from being produced. This also spares operators from the troublesome re-threading work, cutting time and labor expenses. Two auto stop modes are available: Mode A for one-touch shutdown and Mode B for roll diameter calculation shutdown.

2. Host part: Our control system is fitted with premium domestic PLC, with all programs independently developed in-house. Operators can adjust parameters effortlessly via the touch panel. The system oversees full production flow and displays electronic fault alerts in real time. Equipped with analog feed synchronous control, the feeding speed stays well coordinated with other machine procedures. Front and rear dual servo motors prevent film stretching during conveyance. One servo governs the lamination of release film and base film, while the other drives the rubber roller behind the cutter. This setup delivers precise control over film travel length and speed, enabling high-accuracy cutting and hot pressing.

3. Discharge section: The system features automatic counting for finished products and production batches. You may set custom length or quantity thresholds to trigger auto alarm, halt and pause functions. Dwell time is also adjustable directly on the control screen.
