1. Loading part: ① Our cylinder lifting system delivers swift movement to minimize idle time during material feeding. Capable of bearing standard loads, it secures stable film operation and adapts well to automatic control setups. With a max unwinding diameter of 750mm for film rolls, it frees staff from manual lifting work and greatly reduces labor intensity. ② Auto shutdown activates when materials are used up. In cases of material breakage or shortage, the device stops running on its own to prevent faulty outputs. Operators no longer need to go through complicated re-threading procedures, which lowers both time and labor costs. It comes with two shutdown options: Mode A (touch control stop) and Mode B (diameter detection stop).

2. Host part: The machine's control core uses high-quality domestic PLC, alongside self-compiled exclusive programs. Staff can complete parameter settings simply on the touch display. Real-time production monitoring and electronic fault inquiry are fully supported. Thanks to analog feed synchronous control, the feeding pace aligns perfectly with other processes. Front-rear dual servo motors eliminate film elongation during operation. One servo controls the joint between release film and raw film, and the other manages the rubber roller after the cutting unit. Precise control over film movement realizes high-precision cutting and thermal pressing.

3. Discharge section: This control system keeps automatic statistics on product quantity and batches. When the preset length or count is reached, the machine will alarm, stop and pause automatically. Dwell time parameters can be set conveniently on the screen.
