1. Loading part: ① Fast cylinder lifting reduces feeding time waste, offers load-bearing capability and stable film operation, and supports easy automation. Max film roll unwinding diameter: 750mm. No manual lifting required for time and labor efficiency. ② Featuring auto stop for material depletion, the machine halts operation when material tears or runs out. It guards against defective production caused by insufficient materials and simplifies daily operation by removing re-threading work. Two shutdown configurations are offered: Type A with touch control, Type B with roll diameter calculation.

2. Host part: We equip the control system with high-end domestic PLC, and all control software is fully developed in-house. Users can set parameters quickly and easily via the touch screen. The system keeps track of production and queries electronic fault alerts. Synchronous control for analog material delivery maintains uniform feeding speed across all linked processes. Dual servo drives at front and rear achieve tensionless film feeding. One servo controls the combination of release film and main film, the other operates the rubber roller behind the cutter. Accurate speed and length control delivers high-precision cutting and hot pressing.

3. Discharge section: Product counts and batch figures are collected automatically by the control system. Set your preferred length or quantity to trigger alarms, and the machine will shut down and pause automatically. Dwell time configuration is available on the on-screen menu.
