2. Host part: The control system adopts high-grade local PLC hardware, paired with our self-developed exclusive programs. Users can finish parameter setup with ease via the touch screen. It keeps a close watch on production and supports electronic fault checking. Analog quantity synchronous feeding ensures the feed rate matches other procedures steadily. Front and rear double servo motors realize stretch-free film transportation. One servo controls the combining part of release film and raw film, and the other runs the rubber roller behind the cutting blade. Precise adjustment on film length and speed ensures accurate cutting and hot pressing.

3. Discharge section: The computer carries out automatic counting for single items and production batches. Custom alarm points for length or quantity can be configured to initiate auto stop and standby status. You may set dwell time directly on the machine screen.
