It delivers dependable load performance and stable film transmission during operation, as well as flexible automatic control. For film rolls with a 750mm unwinding limit, manual lifting is no longer needed on site. ② Material shortage or breakage will cause the equipment to shut down automatically. This prevents defective products from coming off the line and eliminates the hassle of frequent material re-threading, saving your time and labor. We provide two different auto stop modes: touch-triggered Mode A and roll diameter measured Mode B.

2. Host part: The machine's computer control adopts high-quality local PLC hardware, together with our exclusive custom programs. Touch screen operation simplifies parameter configuration for on-site staff. It provides real-time production monitoring and electronic fault checking capabilities. Applying analog synchronous feeding, the material feed speed works in tandem with other processes. Front and rear servo motors work in pairs to keep the film from being stretched. One servo manages film adhesion parts, and the other runs the rubber roller post the cutting unit. Precise control over film travel ensures excellent precision in cutting and hot pressing.

3. Discharge section: The computer keeps an automatic record of output units and batches. It enables users to set any length or quantity for alarm interlock, achieving automatic stop and standby. Dwell time can be freely set on the operation screen.
