1. Loading part: ① Fitted with high-speed cylinder lifting, the machine reduces feeding time loss and supports defined load weights. Film stays stable during continuous operation, and automated regulation is fully supported. The maximum unwinding diameter for film rolls is 750mm, and all lifting work is automated to save time and manpower. ② Built-in no-material auto stop protects production quality. It automatically stops the machine if material snaps or runs low, preventing defective outputs. Operators can skip the complicated re-threading work, achieving better time and labor efficiency. Two optional shutdown types: one-touch shutdown and roll diameter calculation shutdown, marked as A and B respectively.

2. Host part: We deploy high-end local PLC for the system, and every program is uniquely developed by our engineers. Parameter management is straightforward via the touch screen. The system oversees production operations and presents electronic fault details. Synchronous control of analog feed volume makes feeding speed cooperate well with other processes. The front and rear dual servo system guarantees stretch-free film feeding. One servo controls the joint of release film and main film, the other runs the post-cutting rubber roller. Accurate control over film length and speed realizes precise cutting and thermal compression.

3. Discharge section: Automatic statistics on unit count and batch volume are available on the computer. Once the preset length or quantity is met, the alarm will sound and the machine will stop and pause automatically. Dwell time setup is done on the display.
