Mailing Bag Making Machine

1. Loading part: ① Quick cylinder lifting helps streamline the feeding process and eliminate time waste. With reliable load resistance, it maintains excellent film stability during operation and allows for straightforward automatic control. Manual lifting is completely omitted for 750mm-diameter film rolls, lowering operational fatigue. ② No material auto stop system. When there are breakages or out of material, the machine will automatically stop to prevent the production of unqualified products. It avoids cumbersome manual labor of re-threading, also saves time and reduces labor costs. There are two automatic stop methods: A) touch stop, B) roll diameter calculation stop.

2. Host part: The computer system uses a high-end domestic brand PLC, with the program exclusively written by our company. Operators can easily set parameters through the touchscreen. Computer monitors the production process and displays electronic fault information. Post-feeding analog synchronous control system can achieve the coordination of the feeding speed with other processes of the bag making machine. The front and rear servo motors make the film roll feed without tension. One servo motor controls the adhesion part between grease-proof film and film, the other one controls the rubber roller behind the cutter, accurately controlling paper feeding length and speed to achieve high-precision cutting.

3. Discharge section: Static electricity elimination: use a high-power static eliminator with stable performance, reliable output, constant power, and long-term working output. It eliminates static electricity on the surface of outer bag, making the discharging finished bag neat and smooth. Bags will not be easily adsorbed together during the use.
