The equipment should be stored in a dry, well-ventilated, and clean indoor environment, protected from direct sunlight, rain, and conditions involving high temperatures or humidity. The storage area should maintain appropriate temperature and humidity levels and be kept away from corrosive gases, excessive dust, and flammable or explosive materials. For equipment out of service for a long time, using a dust cover is recommended to prevent dust from entering the internal mechanisms.
Before storage, thoroughly clean any debris or stains from the equipment's surface and sealing area, apply necessary anti-rust treatment to metal parts such as drive components and bearings, and disconnect the power supply. The equipment should be placed on a stable, level surface, avoiding tilting, stacking, or exposure to external impacts. For equipment stored for more than three months, periodic inspections are recommended; if necessary, the machine should be powered on for a test run and maintenance to ensure all components function correctly and meet future operational requirements.
