The PPWR timetable is making European brand customers work backward: 2027–2028 is the technical-guidance transition window, and multiple recycled-content targets become binding in 2030. Many courier bag converters are already retrofitting lines so their bag machines can run virgin, PCR and blended film without changeover pain, while keeping traceable batch parameters. Machine builders have added a "recipe-per-material" archive, so customers can hand processing records straight to brand owners.
