To ensure the safe and stable operation of the courier bag sealing machine, operators must verify that the power connection is secure and that all components are firmly attached-free from looseness or damage-before use. The surrounding area must be kept tidy and clear of flammable or explosive materials. Additionally, parameters such as sealing temperature and speed should be adjusted according to the specific material and dimensions of the courier bags before the machine is started.

During operation, bags must be placed flat within the sealing zone to prevent creases or misalignment at the opening, thereby ensuring sealing quality. Inserting hands or foreign objects into moving parts is strictly prohibited. If abnormal noises, poor sealing results, or equipment malfunctions occur, operations must cease immediately, and relevant personnel should be notified for inspection and repair.

Upon completion of work, the power supply must be turned off promptly; cleaning and maintenance should only be performed after the machine has fully stopped and cooled down. Regular tasks include clearing debris from the sealing area, inspecting the heating components, drive mechanisms, and electrical wiring, and maintaining detailed maintenance records to ensure the machine remains in optimal working condition and delivers consistent sealing performance over the long term.
