3 side seal paper bag machine, designed to produce printed and blank 3-side seal paper sacks, this machinery ensures uniform glue dispensing and tight edge sealing. With two patents in hand, it integrates programmable length setting, automatic counting, color registration for double ply paper printing, auto glue cutoff and a safety stop system for broken greaseproof paper. Three side sealing paper bag making machine has the following advantages:

1. Loading part: ① Material lifting is realized by motor drive. The maximum allowable diameter of paper rolls is 750mm. Manual material handling is not required, which optimizes time and labor utilization. ② The machine is fitted with an out-of-material and material breakage interlock stop system. Upon material failure or exhaustion, the equipment will stop running to prohibit non-conforming products. It removes the need for manual re-threading, reducing operational workload and labor expenditure. Two actuation modes are provided: contact detection stop and roll diameter monitoring stop.

2. Host part: ① A computer synchronous automatic system is configured to control gluing and cutting procedures for grease-proof films. This patented technology ensures high operational speed, reliable stability and burr-free, thread-free glue cutting. Auto-stop is enabled for film breakage and material depletion, and the maximum diameter of applicable grease-proof film rolls is 440mm. The optimized glue-cut structure prevents adhesion on hot cutting components and stabilizes production. The designed cutting position also facilitates easy opening of finished mailing bags. ② The hot melt glue unit is interconnected with the main control system to precisely control glue thickness and coating locations. It is assembled with high-grade hot melt glue equipment, reverse suction spray nozzles and imported solenoid valves, ensuring homogeneous glue spraying and clean glue separation. Integrated gluing is applied to the left, right and bottom seals of finished bags, with vertical and horizontal installation types optional.

3. Discharge section: The unit adopts automatic conveyor feeding for finished products. The built-in computer system performs piece counting and batch counting. The equipment can stop automatically at any preset length and issue alarm signals. Dwell time parameters are adjustable through the human-machine interface.
