Automatic three side sealing paper bag making machine has the following advantages:

1. Loading part: ① Driven by an electric motor, the material lifting unit handles paper rolls up to 750mm in maximum diameter. It eliminates manual lifting to save both time and labor. ② An automatic stop function activates in case of material breakage or depletion, stopping the machine to prevent defective goods. This function spares operators from tedious re-threading work and cuts labor costs. It supports two trigger modes: contact sensing and roll diameter detection.

2. Host part: ① Featuring a fully automatic computer-linked control system, this unit manages cutting and gluing for grease-proof films. With proprietary technology, it delivers high running speed and stable performance, achieving clean, thread-free glue separation. The machine will halt automatically when the grease-proof film breaks or runs out, and it fits film rolls with a maximum diameter of 440mm. The special glue-cut structure prevents adhesion on the hot cutting assembly for smoother operation. Meanwhile, the pre-cut design allows easy opening of mailing bags. ② Matched with the main unit, the hot melt glue system precisely regulates glue thickness and application position. Fitted with premium glue machines, reverse suction nozzles and imported solenoid valves, it ensures uniform glue spraying and neat glue cutting. The finished bags adopt integrated gluing on left, right and bottom seals, available in vertical and horizontal styles.

3. Discharge section: This machine is equipped with an automatic conveying platform for material output. It features computerized piece and batch counting, automatic stop at set lengths and sound alarm reminders. Operators can adjust the dwell time directly via the touch screen.
