2. Host part: The complete machine adopts our self-developed control system consisting of PLC, touch panel and servo motors. It supports color mark tracking for double-sided printed roll films; with easy settings, it accurately recognizes and positions film patterns, conducts real-time inspection and stops automatically when labels run out. The unit enables synchronous feeding and driving of self-adhesive materials and roll stocks. The alloy hot cutter undergoes hardening treatment, boasting great wear and corrosion resistance, anti-deformation property and anti-sticking performance thanks to its special formulation. The heating tube with adjustable temperature from 1°C to 440°C delivers tight and smooth sealing for bag mouths. Made of imported steel, the punch works at high speed with excellent durability, reaching up to 220 strokes per minute.

The built-in computer realizes automatic counting for products and batches, and supports customized alarm triggers based on preset length or quantity, as well as timed auto-stop. Operators can also adjust dwell time directly on the display screen. Fitted with high-power static eliminators that deliver stable performance and continuous operation, it removes static from bag surfaces to ensure tidy, smooth output and prevent the finished bags from sticking to one another. The conveyor uses premium smooth PU industrial belt with heat resistance, low stretch and anti-static properties. Its speed is adjustable according to production speed and bag dimensions, enabling steady transfer of finished bags from the cutting station to the discharge platform.
