Self-adhesive materials can be driven and conveyed in sync with roll materials. Our alloy hot cutting blade is hardened to resist deformation, wear and corrosion, and its special formula prevents materials from sticking. The temperature of the heating element is adjustable between 1 and 440 degrees Celsius to ensure firm and neat bag sealing. The high-performance punch is manufactured from imported steel, running up to 220 times per minute with long service life.

3. Discharge section: Material is output in a one-piece sequential way on the flat discharge table. The intelligent control system automatically tallies total output and batches, and allows users to set alarms, timed shutdown and dwell time freely via the touch interface. Equipped with heavy-duty static removal devices, the system maintains steady power and long-hour operation to eliminate static on bag exteriors. This keeps finished products arranged neatly during discharge and avoids adhesion in subsequent use. We adopt high-quality smooth PU belt for material transmission. It is heat-proof, non-extensible and anti-static, and its running speed can be tuned to match bag making speed and bag sizes for seamless delivery from cutting area to discharge bench.
