It is fitted with numerical control length setting, photoelectric color register tracking and automatic circular hole punching mechanism, applicable to mass production of multi-specification packaging bags.

1. Loading part: Spring brake components are fitted on the double-layer feeding unit for reliable material conveying.

2. Host part: This machine is entirely developed by our team and controlled via PLC, touch panel and servo motor systems. The built-in color mark tracker works perfectly for double-sided printed roll films. It only takes simple setup to locate film graphics precisely and monitor status in real time, and the machine will stop running when labels are exhausted. It can drive self-adhesive materials while conveying them synchronously with roll films. Crafted from premium alloy and processed with hardening treatment, the hot cutter is anti-deformation, wear-proof and corrosion-proof, and will not stick to materials due to its special composition. Users can adjust the heating tube temperature from 1°C to 440°C to obtain well-sealed bag mouths. The imported steel punch supports high-speed operation, with a maximum working frequency of 220 cycles per minute and great durability.

3. Discharge section: Finished materials are discharged one by one onto the flat work platform. The integrated control system offers automatic batch and quantity counting, plus customizable alarms and auto-stop functions triggered by set length or quantity. Users may configure dwell time easily on the monitor. Our high-power static elimination units run stably with consistent power output around the clock, removing surface static of bags for smooth and neat discharging, and stopping static adhesion in application. The equipment is fitted with smooth PU industrial conveyor belt that resists heat, stretching and static. Its speed can be adjusted corresponding to bag making rate and product sizes to transport bags steadily from cutting section to discharge table.
