3. Discharge section: ① The equipment adopts a one out one method for material discharge, with a flat worktable and automatic counting of quantities and batches by the computer. It can be set to any length or any number of alarms and automatically shut down for a certain duration. The dwell time can be set on the computer screen. ② Static elimination, using high-power static eliminators, with stable performance, reliable output, constant power, and the ability to work for a long time. Eliminate static electricity on the outer layer of the bag, so that the finished bag can be discharged neatly and smoothly. The customer is not easily adsorbed during the use of the bag. ③ The feeding belt adopts smooth PU industrial belt, which is heat-resistant, not easy to stretch, and anti-static. By combining the bag making speed and bag size, the speed of the belt can be adjusted to smoothly transport the bags from the cutting process to the discharge workbench.
