Three Side Sealing Paper Bag Making Machine

This machine is used for making printed or non-printed 3-side sealing paper bag, featuring stable glue spraying and sealing. The machine (with 2 patents) has functions like computerized length setting, automatic counting, double-layer paper printing with synchronous color-based object tracking, automatic glue cutoff, automatic stop system for grease-proof paper or paper breakage. It is the most ideal and advanced glue spraying bag production equipment at present.

Three side sealing paper bag making machine has the following advantages:

1. Loading part: ① Lift material by motor, the maximum paper roll diameter can reach 750mm, no manual lifting is required, ensuring time and labor saving. ② No material auto stop system. When there are breakages or out of material, the machine will automatically stop to prevent the production of unqualified products. It avoids cumbersome manual labor of re-threading, also saves time and reduces labor costs. There are two automatic stop methods: A) touch stop, B) roll diameter calculation stop.

2. Host part: ① Full automatic computer-synchronized grease-proof film glue cutoff control system, grease-proof film breakage, no material auto stop system, patented technology (high speed and stability, clean glue cutoff without stringing) the maximum diameter of grease-proof film roll can reach 440mm. Glue cutoff design makes hot cutting part non-sticky, and the production process is more stable. It is faster to tear off grease-proof film at the glue cutoff part of the mailing bag, no need to find bag opening. ② Hot melt glue machine, connected to the host system, accurately controls the thickness and position of hot melt glue. Equipped with high-quality hot melt glue machine and reverse suction spray nozzle, imported solenoid valve. Make the glue spray evenly, and the glue is cut cleanly without stringing. The left, right and bottom sealing of the finished bag are all sprayed and glued together, there are two types: vertical and horizontal.

3. Discharge section: The equipment adopts automatic conveyor table feeding method. The computer automatically counts the number of pieces and batches. The machine can stop automatically with any length and alarms. The stay time can be set on the computer screen.
